Reconnect with the Heartbeat of Life, Nature, and Yourself

This one-on-one retreat offers a space to be deeply listened to and to reconnect with yourself through nature, silence, the rhythm of your breath and guided meditation.

As you begin to relax more deeply, the noise of everyday life settles, making space to hear the quiet wisdom that lives within you.

Trust is the foundation of meaningful inner work. Everything you share during your retreat is held in complete confidence and with deep respect.

While the retreat unfolds, it may naturally include herbal medicine, massage and craniosacral therapy, sound healing, colour light therapy, and mindful walks with goats. It can also include my seven-day Wild & Well Detox Program.

A Taste of a Different Way of Living

This retreat gives you a taste of life grounded in simplicity, nature, presence, prayer, silence, and deep listening.

What I share with you during this retreat is not something I teach.

It is simply the way I live.

Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or longing for more peace, clarity, and meaning in their lives.

This retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, step out of the noise of everyday life, and experience a different rhythm—one that creates space for rest, reflection, healing, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Nature is not an activity I offer; it is my daily environment and teacher.

Herbal medicine is not a workshop; it is part of my relationship with the land, the seasons, and well-being.

Mindful walking is not simply exercise or relaxation. It is a way of coming into alignment—synchronizing breath and footsteps, becoming centered, present, and connected.

Prayer and meditation are not retreat activities. They are woven into the fabric of my daily life.

Everything we do during the retreat—the meals, the herbs, the silence, the animals, the walks, the treatments, and the conversations—is an expression of the same intention:

To support you in coming home to your true self.

The Roots Beneath the Surface

When guests arrive, they may simply see a woman living in nature with her animals, gathering wild herbs, drinking tea, walking mindfully, and listening deeply.

What is less visible is the foundation beneath it all.

More than thirty years of study, practice, personal healing, and working with people have shaped the way I live and support others.

This includes training in herbal medicine and nutrition, body cleansing, massage & craniosacral therapy, mindfulness practice, sound healing and colour light therapy.

That knowledge is present, but it is not placed in the foreground.

It is like the roots of a tree.

Guests mostly see the leaves, the flowers, the fruit, and the shade it offers.

The roots remain largely invisible, yet they support everything.

The Retreat

During a retreat, I simply share a way of being.

While there is always a clear structure and supportive framework, I listen deeply to what is emerging in the moment and trust the retreat to unfold according to the needs of the person who is here.

One of my strengths is meeting people exactly where they are and sensing what may support the next step in their journey.

The retreat becomes a living experience rather than a predetermined schedule.

Many people arrive carrying stress, uncertainty, grief, exhaustion, questions, or a longing for change.

My role is not to provide all the answers.

My role is to create a safe and supportive environment where people can reconnect with themselves and begin to hear their own inner wisdom again.

Because ultimately, I believe that the answers we seek do not come from outside of us.

They arise when we become quiet enough to listen.

The way out is inward.
